Upon collection of your vehicle the lead driver must produce our car rental voucher (proof of payment), a valid credit card in the lead driver's name (for security deposit) and their full driving licence. You may also be asked to present your passport. Please note all additional drivers must also produce their full driving licence.

Car rental voucher: This is accepted by our car rental partner as proof of prepayment, you can print this via our website or use our voucher app.

A valid credit card: This must have sufficient funds available to cover any required deposit. Some of our suppliers will accept a Visa Debit card, please confact our reservations department for confirmation.

Driving licence: If you have a new style licence, then it is imperative both the credit card and paper parts are taken.

If any of the above are not produced the supplier may refuse the rental. Please note the supplier can request additional ID documents.
