I am having problems downloading my voucher.

I am having problems opening my Evoucher. I press the Collect My Voucher button and nothing happens.
 
Answer

Firstly you must check that your voucher is ready for downloading (we will send you an email to confirm its ready). If you voucher has not been created yet you will receive an alert when you click on the "Collect my Voucher" button.

If you do not get this message then it is safe to assume your voucher is ready. Remember to disable your pop up blockers (if you have any) as our vouchers will appear in a seperate browser.

If you cannot see your voucher, after clicking on the "Collect my voucher" button then you will notice a url appear in purple that starts http://www.usrentacar.co.uk/booking/Voucher..... if you hightlight the whole url(it appears on 2 lines), copy and paste this in to your address bar in your internet browser and press enter on your keyboard. Your voucher will now appear.
